
Onboarding Process for New Clients
We are thrilled to have you consider joining our family. Here is a step-by-step guide of what you can expect during our onboarding process:
Initial Contact and Welcome
As soon as you sign up or express interest, we will send you a welcome email. This email will include a brief introduction, a thank you, and information on what you can expect next in the process.
Setting Up in Our Internal CRM
Once you have signed up, we will set up your folder in our internal CRM system. This will include information about the title company or attorney you will be using, along with contact details. We will also create group folders for terminated files, monthly closed files, etc.
Training Our Team
We will prepare training materials for all our Transaction Coordinators (TCs) based on your specific requirements. Once we are ready to hand off your account, we ensure that the dedicated TC assigned to you is fully trained and up to speed on your practices, including your CRM system.
Client Information Gathering
To understand your needs better, we will set up a 30-minute meeting. During this meeting, we will go vover a detailed client intake form to gather essential information about your needs, current closings, specific requirements, and estimated monthly closings. We will also provide you with a checklist of required documents for each transaction.
Learning Your Needs
We will work closely with you to understand your expectations and preferences. This collaborative process helps us work through any initial challenges and tailor our services to your specific needs.
Ongoing Support and Feedback
Our relationship doesn’t end once onboarding is complete. We will continue to provide ongoing support and periodically check in to ensure everything is running smoothly. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our services and meet your needs effectively.
