Michelle stands at the helm of Freedom Transaction Services as its esteemed CEO, bringing a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to excellence. With multiple years in the industry, she possesses a deep understanding of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes for our clients, sellers, and buyers.
Armed with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Degree, Michelle graduated with honors on the Dean's List. Her organizational skills and dedication are key to our operations.

Beyond her professional life, Michelle enjoys quality time with her husband and their beloved pets, Brindley and Brie. An avid NASCAR enthusiast, she loves weekends cheering for her favorite drivers and supporting FSU and Alabama Football teams.

April Cromer
Transaction Coordinator
April joined us in August 2023 as a part-time Transaction Coordinator and quickly moved to a full-time role in November due to her exceptional dedication and passion. She excels at guiding clients, sellers, and buyers through transactions to successful closings.
In her downtime, April helps others achieve their well-being and financial goals and is studying Sports Nutrition to become a dietitian. She is also a loving wife and mother to two sports-loving boys, with a shared family passion for cheering on the GA Bulldogs.
April's household is lively and bustling, with three adored Golden Retrievers adding to the fun. Her family's drive and determination keep them constantly on the move, always reaching for their goals.

Candace Thomas
Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Specialist
Candace is new to the team and brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. With a background in real estate and marketing, she excels at both a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. Originally from Missouri, Candace began her career three years ago as a title producer, equipping her with knowledge needed to excel in her dual roles at Freedom Transaction Services. Candace, a SEO specialist with a Digital Marketing Certificate, uses innovative thinking to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Outside work, Candace cherishes time with loved ones, enjoys walks, calls with her siblings, and on weekends, either relaxes at the beach or indulges in writing or painting. We look forward to the fresh perspective Candace brings to the team!
